Saarbrücken Airport (SCN): Study regarding runway rehabilitation and adjustments to the strips

The existing runway (09/27) was rehabilitated in 2009.  Approximately a year and a half after this work, bubbles and ground water seepages were again identified.  Taken as a whole, the problems indicate that almost the entire runway is saturated.
