A well-planned site development is critical for the quick and successful implementation of wind energy projects.

igr will prepare the required transport access development plan for you; from a draft concept, via design planning, right up to approval planning. Likewise, we can undertake the on-site construction supervision. The site development takes into consideration the crucial criteria of the turbine type; the sizing of the crane siting places/sites; the installation and storage areas, the alignment of the crane boom, and other positions. The planning takes place in close cooperation with the responsible wind turbine manufacturer. In addition, we also undertake in-house the necessary on-site surveying services in order to ensure a fast and successful site development.

The consideration of the tractory curve radii and the corresponding load-bearing capacity of the sub-surface are critical and dependent on the rotor length. The tractory curves are therefore determined on an individual basis for each projected windfarm. Above all, the development of forest sites requires specific development knowledge with regard to the usually uneven terrain. Due to the federal government’s stated climate protection goals, many German states decide to implement the development of wind energy use also in forest areas.

We are delighted to support the climate protection goals and to contribute through our participation in current wind energy projects in Rheinland-Pfalz, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Hessen, Baden-Württemberg and Saarland.
