Lörzweiler resolves on second construction phase of the construction area "Kleine Hahl"

The municipality of Lörzweiler (rural district Mainz-Bingen) developed the construction area "Kleine Hahl" in the southwestern periphery of the municipality with the help of Palatia Ingenieur- und Städtebau GmbH (Palatia Ingeneering and Urban Construction) and igr in 2012. Since all building lots found a new property owner in a minimum of time and more than two thirds of the construction area have already been built on, the municipal council decided to start with the second phase of construction. The area, which originally had been planned as an urban-building concept, had to be developed in two separate construction phases due to regulations of regional planning. In October 2014, the creation of a development plan was started with. After no longer than 11 month, the resolution was approved. The building area is now being reallocated. As they did for the first construction phase, Palatia Ingenieur- und Städtebau GmbH will also develop the second construction phase for the municipality. The start of construction works is scheduled for spring 2016.
