Enkenbach-Alsenborn municipality (Kaiserslautern district), updating the land use development plan

Enkenbach-Alsenborn municipality wanted to update their outdated land use development plan and commissioned igr to do this. The many changes and above all the new bypass, made it necessary to examine the development of the municipality and to set the course for the coming years. The first task was to digitalise the old land use development plan (available only in print). Many small updates and new site development plans had to be evaluated, digitalised and included in the updated version. After that, the residential land requirements had to be established and the development possibilities for the municipality explored.
